"My experience at the Wade Hotel was very disappointing. First, I didn’t receive the room I originally requested. When I was moved to another room, it turned out to be even worse, so I had to return to the first one.
The cleanliness was a major issue, the rooms were dirty and not well-maintained. To make things worse, there was no hot water for over a day.
There was also no internet throughout my stay, and cellular service upstairs was extremely poor, especially with Verizon, making it difficult to make calls or stay connected.
Additionally, basic amenities were missing. There was no complimentary water, and essentials like soap and shampoo were not provided, which is unacceptable for a hotel.
Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend staying here."
