"Everything inside the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the airport shuttle service was very disappointing. When I was picked up at the airport, the driver told me to load my own luggage into the vehicle. I did so, but I then noticed that he loaded the luggage for all the other passengers, including younger male guests. I could not understand why I was treated differently. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that, when we arrived at the hotel, I tried to take my own luggage out of the vehicle and the driver told me not to touch it, saying that it was his responsibility. This felt very inconsistent and left me quite uncomfortable, especially because he had made me load it myself at the airport. The hotel itself was very good, but this shuttle experience was unfortunately quite unpleasant."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the location is great with very easy access. However, I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't given any information about breakfast or the Wi-Fi at check-in. There were no notes in the room either, so I had to ask about them myself. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, so I hope this feedback helps improve their service!"
