"The room was small but great value price wise. It’s a nice spot for a couple just visiting for a day or two. The bathroom was really tight but we managed. Only complaint I had was the fact that the heat is controlled for the entire building. It was freezing in the room because they said it was out of season to have the heat on in May (ppl are still wearing coats in Chicago in May lol) but they were nice enough to provide a space heater which made it comfortable! Would stay again."
"Hotel was dated and old. It had some charm, but elevator was scary slow and they had to turn off the water while I was there. Definitely needs some renovation..."
"We’re given the corner room with a window and the awesome view of the river. Clean room, very comfortable pillows and mattress. 2 bathrooms with 2 queen beds. Spacious. Staffs were kind and courteous. Location is very central to everything we wanted to experience on this trip."
"The room was a little small, but fit my needs on a 3 day business trip. The bar downstairs served a limited breakfast... And had free fruit, and Coffee in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly, and very attentive to guests. In summary I would stay here again on business."
