A small mouse was in a room, and it went out to the corridor from the bottom of the room door. There are hygiene issues.

空港から近くシャトルでの往復、十分な広さの部屋、簡単な朝食、そして良心的な価格。 乗り継ぎや早朝便の前泊にはとても嬉しいホテルです。 空港でのピックアップは、到着時に電話すれば直ぐに来てくれます。またホテル出発時も、予約する事なくすぐに乗せてくれます。シャトルの定員は、ドライバーを含めて12名。 またシカゴ経由にてお世話になりたいと思います。

お湯の量が弱く、排水も時間が掛かります。 しかし空港への送迎、十分広い部屋、軽い朝食付きでこの価格に対し、満足度は高いです。 帰国便の前日にも泊まることにしました。

A shuttle bus runs 24 hours a day to and from O'Hare Airport. Free breakfast is included. There was no mineral water in the room, but I was able to get it at the front desk. Facilities are average. One of the two elevators was broken.

空港からのホテル送迎は電話で迎えをお願いしました。２０分くらいできました。 朝は定時間隔で空港まで送迎でした。11:00で15分間隔でした。 特に不満なく朝食も付いていてコスパ良いと思います。

It’s close to the airport is very much a plus. But it is pretty far from the main part places in Illinois. Nothing on the hotel, but would recommend being closer to Chicago if possible.

Good value and good location near the airport. The facilities could use some care and upgrades. One elevator was out of service and blocked off. The exterior door lock to access with the room keycard didn't work. A big plus was the complete free breakfast. A very good variety of fresh food.

The elevator was not working but the front desk girl was so helpful to get us a room on the first floor. The frig did not work. I got in so late why would I read directions on how to use the frig. Apparently, the directions say to flip a light switch. My food spoiled the next day. The last day I stayed there were ants at the breakfast bar.

Very Good breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, corned beef hash, yogurt, juices, cereals. Bed very comfortable. Good Fitness Room with treadmills, multi-station weight machine, yoga mats. Drawbacks: restaurants are not walkable (Hitachi across the street was closed at 8 pm), waited for 55 minutes for complimentary shuttle.

This stay was everything that I needed after returning back to the States from a 3-week trip to Europe. The hotel shuttle was convenient and faster than what I read in other reviews. My bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. They even had room service, but after 20 hours of traveling, I skipped dinner and just showered and went to bed. I had read a review from another woman staying there alone where she was made to feel uncomfortable by a man claiming to be maintenence trying to come into her room. This scared me and should be something that all women traveling alone should be wary of, so I want to note here that nothing like this happened to me during my 1-night stay. My room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, so I immediately shut the curtains so nobody could see in. The room had both a deadbolt and a door stopper thing that wouldn't let it open more than an inch even if someone were able to get past the deadbolt. So fortunately nobody tried to get in my room, and even if they did, I trusted that the door could not be broken into.

Terrible dirty and very rundown Please don't stay here. Then they had the nerve to change my $20.00 to hold my bags while I spent the last day in the city. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional

Not very satisfied, when we checked in the elevator broke, the front desk service staff wrong order processing for a long time, the attitude is not very good. When we went downstairs, we found the rats in the hallway, the hygiene was not up to standard, and the room was just passable. The receptionist lady was particularly rude and inpatient when I called to ask about the shuttle time to the airport.
