3 BR / 2 BTH unit steps to the beach and close to Loyola

Amazing lake views from 2 outdoor spaces! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a front balcony with plenty of seating looking out to the lake and also a rear deck with additional seating and lake views as well. The unit was recently renovated and has updated kitchen, bath and lots of entertaining space. The unit features in unit laundry as well. The space is approx. 50ft from the beach and is walkable to the Loyola train stop, as well as a variety of bars and restaurants along Sheridan. Also, there is a Starbucks on Sheridan. We supply extra linens, bath and cooking essentials and laundry detergent. We also have lots of games and books in the living room and during the warmer months, we have kayaks and paddle boards available to rent. So much to love in this amazing space! Exterior security cameras are present at the property. The camera locations are (2) in the front of the building, (2) on the west side and (2) in the backyard area of the property. There are no interior cameras in the unit. Also, up to 2 well behaved pets may be allowed for an additional $100 pet fee per pet. Please reach out to request approval prior to booking.

Centrally located with all the conveniences

Fantastic location for all the actives we planned. The access to Lake Michigan was a bonus. We had everything we needed and absolutely no issues.

Loyola Weekend

Spring Getaway

Everything was as described, and the place was beautifully kept. The beach access was literally steps away as were several restaurants. We were visiting our Loyola student for a long weekend, and the location was perfect for this.

Home away from home.

This three-bedroom two two-bath home was recently renovated. The location was perfect - just a few blocks from the red line and a few steps from the beach. You can watch the lake from the front porch. Everything was perfect.

Great Location to Loyola University and Lake Michigan Beach

Fantastic rental close to Loyola and beach of Lake Michigan. Property was clean and was well equipped with anything you may need. Great patio in front and back and spacious living room to gather and hang out. Property owner was responsive and helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend.

Girls weekend!!

This place was great! Less than a 5 minute walk from the Loyola stop on the red line. It was super close to the water! The neighborhood is quiet at night. The place was super cozy and clean and the host was extremely kind and responsive! Everything was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better weekend or a place to stay! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

amazing home in an incredible location

This house was everything I could have imagined and more! Just steps to the lake and a beautiful path. And a couple of blocks to coffee, sushi and all manner of food. The Whole Foods is walking distance. the house is beautiful, well appointed, and warm. I'll be back!!

Very Comfortable, Convenient and Great Location

This was a great location that allow access to everything local on Chicago's north side as well as quick and easy access to downtown. The host is pet friendly and the property has a garage space. Best of all, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The neighbors in the building are very friendly and Diane (host) is tremendously organized and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my return trips to Chicago.

Perfect Getaway in Rogers Park

I live in the neighborhood but a bunch of friends were coming to visit so we needed additional space for all of them. This was absolutely perfect! The check in process was easy, the host always responded to my questions so quickly. My friends loved being able to see the lake from the balcony. We had everything we needed - it was clean, comfortable and I highly recommend it!

Pink Concert

In town for the Pink Concert at Wrigley Field. Short walk to Red Line "L" that dropped us off right at Wrigley. Condo is 60 steps from a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. Was able to utilize garage space which was way better than finding on street parking. Wonderful stay and Diane was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely use this again.

Fall Break

I know there are already a number of positive reviews about this place, but I'm adding one more. I grew up in Chicago but have moved out of state for the last 20ish years. This is the type of place I would LIVE in. I loved it. Here is a rundown of all the things I loved: *THE LAKE - I took a walk on the lake every morning *The outdoor space on the front and back of the unit is covered and usable *The couch in the living room is so comfy *The beds were very comfy *Everything is updated - kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer *The "little" things - shampoo, soap, pancake syrup, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, detergent, TWO PLY toilet paper! *Communication with Diane was clear and quick It was a great stay. After long and tiring days out and about I felt like I was coming home.

Great location, safe, clean neighborhood. Unit was spotless, fully stocked, and first class. Our host Diane was an absolute superhero. We had a few bumps and wrinkles on the way to check in and Diane was there for us. She really went above and beyond to get us settled in and made sure that we made it to the Bulls game on time. Everything was 'as advertised'. Very clean apartment. Street deadends at the beach which is just a few feet from the front door of the apartment. That made it a very quiet street. Safe neighborhood with convenience store nearby and several eating places.

I love this rental and I hope to return, the hosts are welcoming, friendly and easy to talk to. My one joke, in no way intended to take away from the glory of this rental, they have a strawberry stemmer, pineapple corer, kiwi peeler, apple slicer, cherry pitter, lemon zester, citrus juicer a bagillion wine glasses but not one serving spoon:)

Beautiful & L Accessible Stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend, and this was a perfect stay. Literal steps to the beach and lake, which you can see from the porch, was a real treat! Super accessible walk to the L made it easy to get around. Our host Diane was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were great and everything was convenient and comfortable. We’d love to visit here again and can’t recommend enough!
