It is located in the main street of the medieval historic center of Chiavari, a pedestrian precinct, on the top floor of an imposing building which houses the most important Ligurian bank.
On the entrance floor, it consists of a large living room (60m2) with two small terraces (with an almost total view of the roofs of the old city), a large and well-equipped cooking area and a service bathroom with shower.
Upstairs a characteristic turret houses the large double bedroom (with a total view of Chiavari) and bathroom with tub.

PARKING: paid parking spaces (blue line, in the surrounding streets) or covered (at the Cattaneo Parking, 400 meters away, by reservation to be made only upon your arrival) or still free, white line, in Via Gio Batta Ghio at 200 meters (pitches at the top).
Pay attention to road washing signs!!!
During your stay, you can choose whether to relax on the nearby beaches or visit our beautiful and interesting historic center with its renowned arcades, alleyways, exclusive boutiques, numerous cafés, typical restaurants, antique markets (every second Sunday of the month) or of flavors (every fourth Sunday) or even rent boats and reach the famous Cinqueterre (the five small villages famous all over the world with the splendid terraced vineyards overlooking the sea), or the worldly Portofino and the small Baia of San Fruttuoso. From the port of Chiavari also boats leave for the same destinations (at established times and days) which can also be easily reached by train (the railway station is 500 meters away).
The fabulous bays of Sestri Levante are located only 10km away, while Genoa, with the largest historic center in Europe, its imposing Rolli palaces, the aquarium and the ancient port are only 30 minutes away.
