The hotel staff took the time to get to know my name and made me feel cared for. The breakfast was freshly prepared with quality ingredients, and the portions were large. My room was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Staff was exceptional and attentive. We were only here for 2 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The location is excellent. Breakfast was set and provided a full spread. You can ask the staff which items you want or don’t want.

Such a fantastic hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai old city - one of our best stays in Thailand. Very well maintained and in easy walking distance of lots of good restaurants, shops, and things to do. The staff are exceptional, so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff here are so friendly and adaptable. They really do everything they can to make your stay as happy as possible. The room I had was really nice with lots of character. Very quiet at night, and comfortable bed.

Beautiful property in great location. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, though only one menu offering each morning (not a buffet) with side of fruit, soup, salad, tea, and coffee/espresso. Be careful your driver does not take you to Nine Hostel by mistake!

Too small and not comfortable rooms

Nice but very small hotel. The staff are amazing! The rooms are the smallest we’ve stayed in over our six months of travels. Too small for us, we were climbing over one another. The pool area is nice, cold water but it doesn’t get much sun and very few comfortable places to sit. I don’t think we’d stay again. The rooftop is not a bar, it’s a rooftop area with people smoking cigarettes.

Quaint quiet hotel

Nine is an adorable hotel with amazing service. The breakfast every morning was different and fresh and tasted fantastic. Everybody was around as we were coming or going to help with anything. We might need check on our needs for the day. Ask us if we wanted directions or to help set anything up for us. Sitting next to the pool was breathtaking, even though we never did have the opportunity to go in. The room was rather small, but had everything that we needed.
