The pool closes at 8pm (20:00) so if you're looking for a swim to wind down after a long drive, come early. "

"I love the fact that they have a restaurant and offer room service too. I have been coming here for 25 years, and at one time it was the most luxurious hotel in Chetumal Mexico. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and bilingual (Spanish & English) and it's very reasonably priced, especially for families. The center courtyard area has a pool, which has lingers around it, so the kids can play in safety. "
