The location was great - right around the corner from public transportation for direct access to downtown, tons of cafes/bars/restaurants in the Coolidge Corner neighborhood - quiet yet lively. Overall, a great stay. "

"Its 30 degrees out and the heat didnt work. The concierge didnt care. They didnt have real blankets and when I went to get more - I was given a flimsy cotton comforter which was as warm as a sheet. The hotel is loud due to fact its literallg over the highway - and their noise cancelling machine didnt work. Its insanely difficult to load and unload - and they made it worse by blocking any of the unloading parking spots. And now - they even charge you 30 bucks extra to park overnight. I dont honestly know why anyone would choose to spend decent money here. "
