Our room and the property were spotless. Comfortable bed and decent breakfast. Pool was closed for maintenance. Our only concern was the traffic noise due to the close proximity to I-55. It was loud all night.

Don't sleep on this one, this place is gorgeous! We stayed Mon though Thurs and it was absolutely excellent. This place feels like 'home'. We had a great stay in Carlinville. The loft is conveniet to everything. We enjoyed shopping on the square and dining at several local eateries. We will definitely stay here again. Our host was very communicative and helpful throughout our pre-check in and during our stay.
