「Nice place, only downfall was that the elevators went out overnight. Thus we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs. But everything else was great.」

「All」

「Desk clerk Shannon was a total jerk. She was confrontational and should be fired. Several bulbs were burned out. The light switch between the beds was either installed upside down or wired backwards. The A/C register is so close to the bed that you cannot walk on that side. Breakfast was a joke. The fake food is very basic and has no taste. People sit outside the entrance and smoke or spit. They don't wash it down.」

「Clean room. Helpful staff. I did not eat breakfast or use the kitchen. My dog enjoyed the stay as well.」

「到着したら予約が無いと言われた。 結局はオーバーブッキング？ダブルブッキング？？ とにかく部屋は用意出来ないとの事で非常に不愉快な事態となった。」

「Very clean and cozy cabin! Great price! Looking forward to checking in again this weekend!」

「Great clean rooms, very friendly staff!」

「外の騒音がうるさい」

「The room was clean, front desk staff was helpful for our late night check in. Breakfast staff was courteous and great… French toast and Belgium waffle with strawberries were all delicious and so were the sausage links. 5 star stay. Thank you!」

「Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Good accommodations if you just need a quick night to rest your eyes.」

「Toilet in bathroom so short. Meant for people under 5 feet..mold inside tub, ceiling, faucet. Water stained, drywall coming apart..gaps between door and door molding(outside door) no hair dryer. Air conditioning ran all night...would not go to automatic」

「Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else.」
