I stay here when I visit my daughter who is attending Marshall University. It’s very close to the college, yet out in a quieter environment. I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 3 different trips now in the last couple of years. The staff is awesome and so friendly.

Minor repairs are needed - caulking, peeling paint etc… Musty odor in the room. Linens were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful, much appreciated.

It was and ok stay

The hotel is out of date and smell musky. The people where friendly and helpful. They did run out of towels which is a issue, but they brought some as soon as they could.

I’m from Huntington WV and I moved away years ago and I have come back to town 4 times since I moved. I know that I can come here and be safe and treated very well. You couldn’t ask for a better cleaner hotel and all of the staff go above and beyond to take care of their guests. I recommend that you come here.

Great nights stay

Had a great stay! Everything was real clean and we felt at ease with our stay. Enjoyed the morning breakfast, good variety of food. Better rate then could have gotten calling direct to Comfort Suites.

They have not kept up with the maintenance on this property. The room from the first night had tattered curtains that let the light shining into the room from the parking lot. Also, the toilet was rocking. When you stood up from it, it smashed back against the wall. The room from the second night smelled so musty. I'm guessing it had water damage that wasn't properly dried. The pool was cloudy and freezing. The staff was very nice, but we won't be back.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It’s convenient, staff is friendly. Walls do have cracks and could use some cosmetic work. Definitely will stay again when visiting family in the area.

Pretty mediocre.

Our dresser was broken, but we didn't use it. Had to put tge ottoman in front of the bottom drawer to keep it closed for safety. We had no hairdryer in our room at all.

The hotel was very nice! Staff, was very accommodating! Breakfast, was delicious. Only complaint is that the swimming pool, was too cold to fully enjoy. We will be back! For another stay.
