「Charming decor, fresh, clean and comfortable. Nice kitchenette so we were able to cook our breakfasts and grill outside after our days out and about if we wanted on one of the convenient gas grills a very short walk from our front door. Nice fire pit and chairs for relaxing with a cocktail and maybe meet someone new if someone is around. Adjacent to a nice quiet road for a morning or evening walk if you like to do that. Short drive to the welcome center for Acadia too!」

「Beautiful stay and was everything the posting said it would be. The hosts are extremely generous in sharing their property, gardens and kayaks to access the quiet water off of their property. We loved it. 」

「Just an incredibly beautiful property and perfect little place for my spouse and two teens. Brought my kayak and paddled every day. My family and I hiked, picked blueberries and went whale watching. From the house we saw bald eagles, osprey, terns and all kinds of other birds in the air — plus seals and porpoises in the water. The fire pit was a great way to end each day. 」

「The house is in a wonderful location and made a great home base for our trip. That said, there were a few details that could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience. We noticed some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly—particularly under the furniture and around the shower vent. The dryer seemed like it could use a little maintenance, and there were towels left inside, along with dishes in the dishwasher, which isn’t something we’ve experienced at other VRBOs.The...

「This was a great cabin, beautiful views and overall fun experience with the kids. The loft area is a little small for four of us so we ended up sleeping two in the loft and two on the main floor. Prepare yourselves for the mosquitoes! I wish we had more time to kayak, but we did have s'mores at the fire pit and cooked our own lobsters. 」

「Wonderful! Spotless and everything we needed for a wonderful week in Bar Harbor!」

「We had a great time at this property. The house we clean, cozy and stocked with everything you could need! Beds were super comfy. Easy walk right down to the bay, and we saw and eagle and seals! Take a ride to Roque Bluffs and enjoy the quiet beach, and visit Jasper Beach to hear the rock music!」

「This location worked out perfectly for us as it was a short drive to Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and many of the Acadia entrances. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful July 4th wknd stay. There’s a wonderful place across the street for breakfast, coffee, ice cream etc. thanks for a great stay!」

「Jayme-Lou was an amazing host! House was clean, it was quiet, she provided amazing recommendations, very friendly, and overall amazing! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, if we ever go to Maine again we will definitely stay here again! We mainly came for Acadia National Park and the drive from the house to the park was gorgeous and didn’t take long. Plenty of places to stop as well. Thank you for everything!!!」

「This camp is a great place to unwind! The boulder deck is an awesome place to relax and enjoy an adult beverage. Check-in was a breeze, and Mike corrected a sleeping arrangement issue quickly. I spent most mornings drinking my coffee on the deck. It was a great way to start my day. The internet was intermittent, so streaming a movie at night may be an issue. All in all, it was a great place to spend two weeks enjoying Down East.」

Kids were able to enjoy the full advantage of the water play with kayaking and paddle boarding. We highly recommend the property for family vacation to escape to nature. 」
