  • Light the gas fireplace, pour a coffee and listen to the waterfalls below while you enjoy the cool Fall mornings in the mountains. Located at the end of a private mountaintop cul-de-sac with no neighbors in sight from either patio, this cabin is made for slowing down. A king suite and a queen suite each have a private full bath. Evenings mean the hot tub under the stars, a game of pool or darts and a fire at the fire pit. Dogs stay free with a gated patio. Blue Ridge and Ellijay are 20 minutes away.

    - Cashes Valley off-road trail: half a mile

    GOOD TO KNOW

    - Last 1/4 mile of neighborhood road is steep with some gravel sections. Driveway is steep but paved with a turn-around and parking area. Any car is fine most of the year but AWD or 4WD is recommended for the area after snow.

    - Please bring firewood for the fire pit.

Great cabin, great location, clean and spacious. Note: the drive up the mountain and especially the driveway down to the property is steep so make sure you have a decent vehicle to access the site.

It’s a nice mostly secluded place. You can barely see the house next-door. Hot tub and fire pit area and porches are totally private. The house was meticulous. Everything was comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the charming Lazy Laurel Cabin. The front porch has an amazing view and it was the perfect place to read a book and listen to the creek and birds. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The fireplace in the family room is gas powered and easy to operate. The bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. The cabin is nestled in the woods and we enjoyed the serenity. Blue Ridge Georgia is a beautiful area and we would love to come back.

We had an amazing weekend at this cozy getaway. The cabin has everything you need to relax and unwind. The owners were incredibly responsive. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We would stay here again!

The cabin was awesome. My son and I were looking for some well deserved rest and relaxation and this place was it. It was peaceful and quiet with lots of birds singing and the sound of the creek running was very pleasant. We had a great time in The Man Cave game room. We hope to visit again next year.

Host was extraordinarily welcoming and the environment and setup of the cabin felt like you were back at home. Host made sure that all the essentials you might need were provided at the cabin and was nice enough to give enough to last a few days like toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee pods. One of the best getaways you could ask for, would absolutely return in the future!

Mountain getaway

We had a great time at this cabin! The roads leading to the cabin can be a little intimidating at first, however it was so nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of town!
