About this property
1,000 Ft Creekfront | Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Games, Direct Trail Access & Dogs OK
Creeksong is a rare private creekfront retreat with over 1,000 feet of Fightingtown Creek frontage, water views from every room, a hot tub on the screened porch, a creekside fire pit, and the sound of rushing water just steps from the cabin.
Set in the Cashes Valley area of Blue Ridge, this property feels like a lush mountain hideaway, surrounded by old-growth forest, 150-year-old hemlocks, white pines, native trout water, and outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, exploring, and reconnecting. From the moment you step out of the car, the sound of whitewater sets the tone for your stay.
Creeksong is dog-friendly, thoughtfully equipped, and ideal for couples, small families, close friends, or guests who want a peaceful waterfront setting with easy access to hiking, fishing, outdoor adventure, and the nearby mountain towns of Blue Ridge and Ellijay.

This is a true mountain creek experience. The water is visible from every room, the sound of whitewater carries throughout the property, and the outdoor spaces are tucked among old forest, large trees, and natural creekside beauty.
The cabin faces east and sits at approximately 1,950 feet elevation, making mornings especially peaceful. Enjoy coffee on the deck, watch the creek move through the trees, or spend time exploring the outdoor “rooms” and natural paths around the property.

The main level also includes a ping pong table, which replaced the former pool table, along with a family game cabinet for quiet evenings or rainy-day fun.

Both king bedrooms are located upstairs on the second level. The primary king suite includes a sitting area with beautiful creek views, a 32-inch TV with satellite and Netflix, and double doors leading to a large deck.
The sleeping loft includes two twin beds and is also located upstairs. The upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combo and double vanity.
Please note that all bedrooms and the loft are upstairs.
Outdoor Living
Creeksong’s outdoor spaces are the heart of the property.

Easy to see why this is a perfect 5 stars. It is a spectacular setting. The owners are incredibly accommodating too. The best are some of the most comfortable I’ve had in a VRBO. Going to book again this summer!
This was a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to our friends and family. The host was extremely easy to work with and was very responsive. The house was clean and then amenities surpassed our expectations.
Excellent location. Was everything we were wanting. House was in perfect shape, clean and with all you would need for a get away to the mountains. Having a creek in the back yard was tranquil to say the least.
Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place! The location is great for exploring or just staying in and having fun in the yard and inside. It was secluded, quiet and beautiful just what we were wanting!
Creek Song was simply Amazing. We had total peace and tranquility during our stay. It is super clean and has everything you will need for a relaxing get away. The creek directly in the back yard adds to the amazing peace and tranquility this cabin offered. Our host Dave was great! Answered all questions in a timely manner and guided us every step of the way!If you are looking for a phenomenal getaway in CherryLog...this is the place!
The host was great, very responsive. It was just as described in the listing. The hot tub was great after walking along the river. We used the fire pit and roasted marshmallows and enjoyed s’mores. We had a picnic by the river which was nice. Total comfort throughout the whole cabin. We would definitely stay again!
My wife and I had the pleasure of spending five nights in this beautiful cabin nestled beside a serene creek, whose gentle sounds provided the perfect soundtrack as we relaxed on the back porch and took in the peaceful view of the surrounding trees. The cabin is exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the family room sofa is perfect for cozy evenings. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Creeksong was everything we wanted for a short getaway. The constant sound of the creek was relaxing, and the hot tub was not too shabby either. One of my favorite stays by far.
This place was magical! the views of the creek in the backyard and the beauty of the house. The bed was SO comfortable. We spent the weekend naping, fishing, and sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the sounds of the stream and watching the rain fall. I can't wait to come back here again.
Creek song was more amazing than we could have expected. Perfectly clean, great layout, and BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY AND LOCATION! The fire pit was perfectly located near the flowing creek. Great value, we will certainly be returning!
This is our second time staying at Creeksong. We love this cabin. The location is perfectly peaceful and a literal backyard paradise for our children. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The cabin had everything we needed. The owner is great and easily reached. I highly recommend this cabin.
Great house in the woods. We loved the creek and the true quiet of the location. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The parking was a little tight, but we made it work. The hot tub was a nice place to end each day. We had plenty of space for puzzles on the dining room table. We would definitely stay again.
Creeksong is the perfect getaway! Close enough if you want to do something or go somewhere, but away from everything if you don’t! This house is so beautiful. You will wish it was yours. Sitting down on the river was our favorite part. Wading in the river, sitting in the hot tub, tramping through the woods looking for all sorts of things. Beautiful nature. Saw a deer! It was the most relaxing enjoyable time. Beds were comfortable and cabinets had whatever you needed. A
Great trip, fun time with family. Lots of things to do in the area.
Just a few minor details….
-Upstairs was a little stuffy. Definitely used fans and tried to circulate the air a little better.
Beautiful home on an amazing property! Loved sitting outside and enjoying the creek’s song! Our dog loved running around all the paths! Kitchen fully stocked, very comfortable bed with great view from Master Suite with balcony, family room with fireplace & big TV to enjoy a movie night, fast internet. Really enjoyed our stay! So relaxing!! Didn’t want to leave!
We loved our stay at Creeksong. The pictures don’t do it justice. The cabin was lovely and peaceful on the creek. It was so interesting reading the book that the owners left about the history of the area, property and Hemlock trees. The property itself with so much creek frontage was idyllic. We truly did not want to leave. The location is also convenient to Blue Ridge. Hope to be back soon!
My family and I were impressed by Creeksong the moment we walked through the door. It was clean, spacious enough for four adults and two kids, and it had all the amenities you could ever need for a relaxing mountain escape. Shopping, dining and hiking are just a short drive away. However, the cabin, creek and beautiful surroundings are so amazing that you won't want to stay gone for long. Creeksong quickly became one of our favorite vacation getaways, and we cannot wait to go back!
