Visit "Aska Friend" Cabin with its gorgeous long range MOUNTAIN VIEWS! The home is located on a private 3 acre lot and in the Aska Adventure area. Rest, relax and reconnect with family and friends! Featured are 2 LARGE DECKS, screened party porch, 3 total fireplaces and FIRE PIT, HOT TUB, gas grill, outdoor swing bed, air hockey table, arcade and board games, FIBER OPTIC wifi INTERNET, and a well stocked kitchen. If you are seeking peace and tranquility then this cabin getaway is for you!

This three level cabin features 3 bedrooms/3 full baths (with ensuite baths in 2 of the 3) with two bedrooms, two living spaces, well equipped kitchen, laundry closet, party porch and wrap around decks!

The main level features one of the two living rooms with a comfy sofa, gas fireplace and large TV mounted over the fireplace. Cozy up by the fireplace to watch a movie! Also on this level is the well stocked kitchen. It will have everything you need to prepare a meal, even an instapot and air-fryer! We do provide spices as well. Just off the kitchen is the laundry closet and one of three bedrooms. The bedroom is spacious, featuring a king size bed, ensuite bath with a large walk-in closet. The best part about this level is all the windows and massive views! There is a wrap-around deck perfect for grilling out, dining and relaxing. The deck is so large there is dedicated space for all! Enjoy the swinging daybed while taking in the surrounding beauty. Spend quality time cooking on the grill and enjoying dinner out in the beautiful nature. The adirondack chairs are perfect for taking in the view or reading a book. Additionally the screened in "party porch" has additional outdoor seating, a wood burning fireplace and mounted TV.

The lower level features another spacious family room with a comfy sectional sofa, gas fireplace with mounted TV, wet bar with beverage fridge, DVD player, an air hockey table, pac-man arcade game, board games. The bedroom on this level features 4 built-in bunk beds and a closet. The full bath has a single vanity and bathtub/shower combo. Walk out to the second deck that features the hot tub. From this deck follow the path to the fire pit with adirondack seating. Great place to roast marshmallows or tell stories by a fire!

The top level features the very large primary bedroom. In this spacious bedroom is a king size bed, ensuite bath and large walk in closet. The bath features double sinks, tiled shower and built-in cabinets for storage. At the top of the stairs is a loft that has a dedicated work space as well as a comfy chair and ottoman. Great place to get comfortable, take in the mountain views and read a book! The views are so amazing from the loft that you won't want to leave!

The home features high speed fiber optic wifi internet. There are a total of 6 tv's in the home (all three bedrooms, both living rooms and the party porch). All TV's are smart streaming tv’s and have all the major apps loaded. We provide YouTube TV.

Upon entering the GATED COMMUNITY, the road is gravel. The entry is somewhat steep and aside from There are no steep grades that require 4 wheel drive. The community entry does have a grade however any car can access without issue. 4WD is NOT required.

We are certain you will enjoy your time at our “Aska Friend” cabin. Please respect amenities that have been provided for our guests' enjoyment. This ensures you and all future guests have a great stay.

Below are our rules and policies that must be adhered to:

RULES:
• No parties or events.
• Quiet time is from 10pm to 9am.
• No loud or obnoxious music that could disturb other neighbors at any time
• No smoking or vaping.
• No open flames or candles in the house.
• No roasting or cooking anything in the interior fireplaces. Outside only
• No pets allowed.
• No shooting fireworks or firearms on the property.
• No early check-in or check-out without written permission from host.
• No flushing anything other than toilet paper.
• Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 10. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host. You will also be asked to leave.
• No oils, soaps, bath bombs, bubble bath, etc, in the hot tub.
• 3 cars max – anything over 3 will require hosts approval

We ask that you respect our home and these rules during your stay. Not following these rules will result in a $250 fine plus any increase in cleaning fee, and charged for damages.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/or other things that are outside of our control. Please purchase trip insurance.

RENTAL AGE POLICY:
We require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay.

OWNER’S LIABILITY:
Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises, including (but not limited to) the hot tub and fire pit, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor water activities have inherent risks, dangers and hazards. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
