「Very foreigner friendly ~ translation alll the time ! Great mini bar... even had free wine, sparkling water, beer. Great location! Good breakfast too. Better than the grand Hyatt we also stayed !」

I’d stayed in so many hotels across China, this one definitely stood out as one that went above and beyond in little ways that mattered—extra bottles of water, midnight snacks, free drinks, even provided free disposable facial wipes (first time seeing this). Very pleasantly surprised.」

「The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good.」

「朝食は美味しく特に野菜は手作りとのこと。スタッフも優しくまるで家庭の中にいるようで気分は良かったです。部屋は清潔でした。あの中庭で飼ってるインコはとても可愛いですね。」

「英語がわかるスタッフが限られていたが、翻訳アプリなので、一生懸命対処してくれた。無料の洗濯サービスもお茶菓子とお茶のセットが付いていた。」

「Clean room. They advertise bar in the hotel, and all the time was closed. They advertised minibar in the room, and only water available. No english at all from any employees, one of the employees was rude all the time.」

「クオリティは系列ホテルはどこも同じで良かった　ただこのホテルもシャワートイレが壊れていたのが残念　スタッフに報告しても壊れている　で終わった」

「部屋が広めでゆったり過ごせる。朝食付きの場合のバイキングの種類も豊富。隣にデパートもあり、繁華街にも近いので至極便利なロケーションです。」
