"Am Hahnberg" Vacation Home on the Outskirts of Chemnitz
This vacation rental, located in the "Harthau" district of Chemnitz, lies at the foot of the Ore Mountains.
It’s situated on the edge of the forest, in a very quiet area with little traffic. The road ends in
a dead end. A place for pure relaxation in nature, offering plenty of peace and
tranquility. In the morning, you’ll be awakened by the birds, and in the evening,
hares and foxes say good night to each other.
From the street, you’ll reach the apartment via a small, uphill, paved path
and a stone staircase leading.... step to the apartment.
Inside the house is your vacation apartment for 2 people, as well as other private rooms belonging to the
owner, who does not, however, live in the house itself.
The apartment is spread over two floors and is fully furnished. On the first floor, there is
a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large bathroom. It is
fully tiled and equipped with a shower and bathtub.
The hallway leads to the living room, which features two cozy, large armchairs and a
pull-out couch that can also be used as a sleeping area. A TV and
radio are provided.
There is also a separate restroom in the hallway, just outside the kitchen area. A
sink is right next to the door in the kitchen.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with a
double bed (dimensions, mattress), a large closet, and a dresser.
There is also a sink here. In front of the bedroom is another
separate restroom with a small sink.
The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring, while the hallway has vinyl flooring. All rooms
have gas heating.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house; no pets, parties, or events are allowed.
The paved patio behind the house is available for your use. It is equipped with a
seating area. Barbecue facilities are also available.
Storage space for 2 bicycles is available in a lockable
shed.
The house has a large, beautifully landscaped garden, which is perfect for a short
walk. It is not permitted to remove or alter any flowers, plants, or trees.
There are parking options directly on the street, across from the
house, or in the carport located on the property, for a rental fee of 4€/
per day. The carport is locked with a roll-up door operated by remote control.
