Spend your days in Chattanooga, TN at Bluebird Cottage; a darling home located VERY close to Downtown! Just 10 minutes to be exact! This beautifully decorated home is warm, welcoming, and full of charm with an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Bluebird Cottage has 3 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms and is able to sleep 4 guests! Enjoy both the front and back porch with a hot cup of coffee and good company as you take in the peaceful sounds of the neighborhood.

This home is perfect for families wanting to explore all that Chattanooga has to offer, as most popular attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and Chattanooga Zoo are just a quick 10 minute drive away. We know you are going to love the comfort and accommodations of Bluebird Cottage and its warm interior deisgn that will make you feel like home! We happily provide a pack'n play travel crib as well as 2 stair gates for extra protection for your little ones! Enjoy the outdoors right around this home as there are two different walking trails in the neighborhood as well as a public communal fire pit guests are welcome to use!

Home Layout:
As you enter the home you will be welcomed into an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area all in one. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking essentials including a regular 12 cup drop coffee pot. There is a small dining room table seating 4 people as well as a spacious island for some additional seating. Directly off the kitchen there is a half bathroom, a full sized washer and dryer that you are welcome to use, as well a door leading to the back porch. Up the stairs you will find the king master bedroom with a ensuite bathroom attached that boasts a beautiful tiled shower and double vanity sink. Down the hall there is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two more bedrooms! One has 2 cozy twin beds and the other has a double/full sized bed.

Things to Know About This Property:
- Two separate walking trails are available for access during your stay in the neighborhood, as well as a public communal fire pit. Firewood is provided by the community!

- Security - there are 2 exterior security cameras. One at the front door and another at the back door.

Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
