"The staff was really friendly and helpful at every step of our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and our view was incredible! Definitely would recommend especially if you're going to Universal Studios because the walk to the park from the hotel took less than 10 minutes."

"Location is perfect from ucla. The hotel located along the highway, there is some noise most of the time. If you are sensitive, you might be not able to sleep well.complimentary Breakfast was good at the top floor. The bathroom slide door was hard to open close I wish they maintain well. Overall stay is satisfied."
