"I had a great stay at Sofitel LA. The location is unbeatable. It's literally right across from the Beverly Center and close to everything. The room was modern, clean, and super comfortable with great city views. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making check-in and service a breeze. Loved the chic vibe, the cozy bar and restaurant and the relaxing outdoor terrace. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury with a touch of LA. "

"Room was clean, the staff were great! The area is good and not far from places to eat and drink. Shopping is also close although I wasn’t there to shop. Parking is plentiful. Pool looks good but I only walked past it and didn't use it. Hotel has an older world feel, but is nice. Air conditioner was a little loud but I guess that’s normal. "

"Hotel looks newly remodeled. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. They have a gated parking spot but only has ten spots, first come first served. Other than that the parking on the outer part is still safe, security is always roaming around. They had a pool didn’t use it, saw people. No jacuzzi. The towels in the room were dirty had stains all over them. On top of that if we wanted house keeping we had to let them Know a day before. Had you initial to make sure you understood. Upfront staff were friendly and fast to accommodate your needs. "
