"The property is older and not well maintained. Our first room had a mattress with broken springs. We requested a move and the staff was wonderful accommodating our request - however we were not offered any help relocating to a different floor in a different building! We needed the kitchen area for our stay but there were no forks, which we were able to get from the front desk. Don't be deceived by the beautiful lobby area - The rooms are very dated! Upside is the hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and a movie theater. "

"Should have let the guest know about renovations that is not acceptable in anyway waking up too demolishing of a whole floor at 8am for a late check out "

"We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience . The breakfast was great every morning, hotel was clean and staff was awesome. Our kids enjoyed the pool at night, the beds were comfy and towels were soft. There’s several eating options close by which is a perk! "

"Property and furniture is a bit tired. Host was very communicative and easy to deal with. Fence was great for dog to run and stay safe. Neighborhood isn't the best in town, but we remained safe."

"Clean room, quiet stay, AMAZING breakfast! From omlets, diced potatoes, sausage links, waffles with all the spreads, yogurt, fruit, and cereal! The staff was very polite and professional."
