"Room had such an odd and strong smell. Maybe moldy. Ceiling and grout of shower was very dirty. Shower was annoying to use kept pointing outside of the area. There’s a small homeless encampment in the courtyard by the entrance as well. They had a security guard in the lobby at night at least. Staff however was nice and helpful."

"The staff was incredible. We got to the property and realized we had accidentally booked for next year and didn’t have a reservation oops and the person at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She got us a great room right away and was extremely kind. It would’ve been such a stressful situation had it not been for the amazing hospitality from the Citadine staff. We loved our stay there as the room was in the perfect location and extremely spacious, clean and newly renovated. We stayed during...
