"サービスは秀逸。日曜でホテルレストランがお休みだったためどうしようか迷っていたら日曜に開いている近くの店をいくつか調べてくれたり、ランチ営業のホテルレストランに作り置きを頼んでおいてレンチンするオプションも提案してくれました。出発のタクシーは長距離移動だったため事前に値段の交渉までして下さった。素晴らしいホスピタリティだと思いました"
