"Chez Auguste" is a peaceful country cottage ideally located for a family getaway: 50 minutes from Rennes, Angers, Vitré, or Laval. Nearby towns include Segré-en-Anjou-Bleu (25 min), Craon (20 min), and Châteaubriant (20 min).

The cottage is all on one level, with a 43m² living room extending onto a veranda with a foosball table and a small bar. Panoramic windows offer views of the surrounding fields and meadows. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a desk, and two with two single beds (90x200cm).

The decor is a striking blend of modern and antique styles, with a generous dose of creativity resulting in a truly remarkable setting! You might even get to sample the farm's milk or other seasonal products. The cottage is located on a working farm; you may occasionally see farm machinery and cows. The nearest shops and services are in Pouancé (5.4 km) or Martigné-Ferchaud (13 km). The Pouancé market is ideal for local produce; also check out the renowned market in La Guerche-de-Bretagne. A leisure center with a supervised beach (in summer) is located at the Saint-Aubin-de-Pouancé pond (6 km), offering a children's playground, kayak and pedal boat rentals. The Rincerie leisure center in La Selle-Craonnaise (17 km) features a beach, a wake park, and swin golf. Numerous hiking trails are available, including one that passes by the cottage and leads to the Pouancé pond. A former mining region, several areas allow you to trace its history: walks through sites such as Bois 1 and Bois 2, the Mine Bleue amusement park, the slate museum in Renazé...
A land of legends, you can discover the Roche aux Fées site and the Enigmaparc amusement park.

Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is on the ground floor, but the access from the outside is via gravel, and the door threshold between the veranda and the kitchen is uneven. Please contact the owners a few days before your arrival to arrange your welcome.

Take La Touche, D180 and D6 towards La Pichardière in Saint Erblon. Travel 280, the lodge is home along the way.
