"Wonderful stay at Chateau Dauzac. Loved the attention to detail and all of the personal touches to make the stay special. It started with a sign with our names at reception to welcome us. At the gates there was a flag specifically for our countries. A handwritten note in the room. Fresh Macaroons. The room was stunning. Modern but classic too. Very clean and stunning view. The breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

One detail that particularly touched me was the little surprises they would leave with their stuff toys when tidying my daughters' beds—such a thoughtful and personal touch that made them feel extra special. Those small gestures, combined with their attentiveness and kindness, made our time here unforgettable. "Well, where to start, we truly loved this place, a typical French experience that delivered in all aspects.Chantal was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble and assisted us with very request.We would highly recommend staying here, very easy routes so if you require you can explore or just stay and relax in the Villa by the pool."

"Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great. The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts and provide the equipment. Also more bikes, we were interested in hiring bikes but someone else had hired them."
