Very friendly and supportive staff, especially the service to go with the guests to help finding the parking. Train Station on the other side of the Square but yet quiet Perfect Location for a Walk to the cathedral and old town in 10 minutes

The hotel was in a good location and provides good value for the price. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room - and a more private door on the washroom. The hotel does not have an elevator, which may make a difference to some guests.

The hotel is well located near the train station and close to the cathedral, however... If you're arriving by car make sure you receive accurate direction from the hotel as to how to reach the entrance (the street is restricted to buses only...) and to the parking garage. There's no elevator in the hotel which means that if you arriving with a suitcase you'll need to carry it up (and later down) a steep and narrow staircase. Our room had faulty lights which made to room rather dark and the hotel wifi wasn't detected on our phones and pc If all this doesn't bother you, I wouldn't rule it out for a one night stay

My only negative thing to say is the WiFi was not working in the rooms. It was functioning in the lobby . There was a repairman there all day without success. The personnel were professional and helpful. The breakfast was WONDERFUL.

This was a great hotel. Cute boutique style. Breakfast was excellent—you should get this one. Staff v friendly. You should pre book parking which we did. A little offsite but 3-5 min walk. Rooms were cute and we enjoyed our time there.

Hormis le fait que nous n'ayons qu'une chambre sur les 2 réservées à notre arrivée ( et qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage...) , tout s'est ensuite bien passé. 2ème chambre dispo à 22h. Literie très confortable dans la suite familiale ( surclassement en raison du désagrément) avec magnifique baignoire. La chambre était de surcroît très au calme. Hôtel au style romantique, très bien situé à Chartres, juste à côté de la gare. Le personnel est aimable, la chambre très propre et le petit déjeuner excellent. Seuls petits bémols : au 2ᵉ étage, nous entendions vers 23h des passages et discussions dans les couloirs (les murs sont un peu fins), et la porte des toilettes se fermait difficilement. Suffisant pour une nuit, dans l’ensemble un bon séjour malgré ces détails.
