You’ll access the home through the main front door using a customized code, which will be provided to you before your reservation begins.

The property is entirely yours to enjoy during your stay! However, please note that the backyard, shed, and deck/dock are shared spaces with our maintenance team and property manager. If we need to access these areas, we’ll give you a heads-up in advance.

In the rare event that we need to access these spaces without prior notice, it will only be for quick tasks that require immediate attention. We always aim to respect your privacy and minimize any disruptions. You’ll usually only see our team if you need assistance or if something important requires attention.

Please remember that you are surrounded by nature and wildlife!
As our property is located on a beautiful lakeside surrounded by nature, you may encounter various bugs, insects, and other small critters during your stay. This is a natural part of life by the lake, and while we take measures to keep the interior of the home as bug-free as possible, it’s important to remember that we share this environment with local wildlife.

What to Expect:
- Insects: You may notice mosquitoes, ants, spiders, and other common insects, especially in the warmer months.
- Critters: Animals such as squirrels, birds, and occasionally raccoons or other wildlife may be seen around the property.

We encourage you to keep doors and windows closed when not in use and to store food properly to avoid attracting any uninvited guests.

Surveillance Cameras:
We have outdoor cameras for security and safety. They are visible and monitor:
- Basement sliding door (towards the backyard)
- Front driveway and main parking area
- Kitchen entrance (deck and hot tub)
- Outside stairs near the grill
- All cameras are clearly visible and shoot up to 25 meters.

Pets:
- All pets must be declared and approved by the host.
- Pet fee: $100 per pet.
- Unauthorized pets will incur an additional penalty fee.

Trash Day:
Trash day is Thursday. If your stay includes a Wednesday night, please make sure to take out the trash bin onto the main street by Wednesday evening.



**Due to zoning ordinances and community restrictions, overnight occupancy of this home is limited to a maximum of 10 adults who are related, or six persons who are NOT related by blood, marriage, or adoption. Daytime guests are allowed, but the total number of occupants and guests may not exceed 16 persons during the day and 10 guests overnight and a maximum of 6 vehicles. Occupancy and use will be monitored, and violation of this restriction or any other rules will result in forfeiture of your deposit**

Check-In/Out Times:
- Check-In: Anytime After 4:00 PM.
- Check-Out: Anytime Before 11:00 AM.
Late check-outs may be possible (based on availability) for a $50 per hour fee after 11:00 AM.
