You are renting three upstairs residences in the stately Milton Building. Two units feature two bedrooms, and one unit features one bedroom. Each residence includes a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the same high-quality amenities—perfect for families, groups, or colleagues traveling together.

Just down the street is Independence Park, Charlotte’s oldest park, featuring wide walking paths, towering trees, picnic areas, and garden spaces.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other reasons.



Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly home! No other animals are allowed. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). NOTE: please follow the instructions in the reservation confirmation to register your dog. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



These apartments are in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, one of the nicest, most pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in the city where generations of prominent Charlotteans have made their home.



There are many locally owned restaurants and shops within an easy walk, as well as parks and a greenway trail. Enjoy a pleasant 5-minute walk for easy access to uptown by using the Charlotte streetcar!
