Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire Blue Bayou property, including the main house, all bedrooms and bathrooms, the movie theater, game room, private swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bonfire pit, and private water dock. Check-in is handled by a secure E-lock code sent before your arrival — no key handoff, no waiting around.

We kindly ask guests to respect our good neighbor policy and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for nearby residents.

• CATS Micro — affordable on-demand shared-ride service for localized travel in Huntersville, Davidson, and Cornelius (book via CATS-Pass app or phone)
