I stayed here for two months and it was the perfect long-term stay. It's a great location (that one day will be on the trolley line if it's ever finished), and in a cute neighborhood that's very walkable with a park at the end of the street.
The house is older so there are some quirks (like a separate hot and cold water faucet in the bathroom and the oldest oven you ever did see). While it is on a busy street with some occasional construction, the bedroom is in the back of the house and is very quiet (with blackout curtains).
This is a great value, especially for long-term renters as the apartment is very sizable with plenty of room to spread out, work, relax, and sleep. It is the downstairs apartment, so if there's a renter upstairs, you may be able to hear footsteps (or dogs). Overall, I'd definitely return if I ever needed a place to rent again!
