Welcome to your perfect lake retreat! This newly remodeled home sits on a spacious lot, offering plenty of room to relax, play, and enjoy life on the water. The home comfortably sleeps 6, featuring a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with 2 beds, along with 2 full bathrooms.
Step outside to your private deep-water pier, perfect for docking a boat or wave runner, or simply lounging under the covered seating area. You can bring your own boat and launch at one of three nearby public ramps—or take advantage of convenient rentals at Lake Effects or Lake Norman Boat Rentals.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and open kitchen and living room with ample seating, plus a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
For fun on the water, enjoy three adult kayaks, a tandem kayak, a children’s kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard. After a day of adventure, fire up the gas grill for a lakeside cookout, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars.
With gently sloping water leading to about 15’ depth at the floating dock, this is the ideal spot for swimming, relaxing, and making memories.

6 guests max at any time. Over 6 guests will be charged $100/day each. Reservation subject to immediate cancellation at owner discretion if violated.
No long term rentals as determined by North Carolina law.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was in excellent condition the area where the property is located is prime. My wife and I enjoyed our stay greatly the property manager communicated extremely well. I would certainly book again.
