Welcome to our beautiful Lake Norman of Catawba home! Our property is a three bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. We offer pet friendly accommodations that is designed with high end finishes and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The outdoors is beautifully landscaped with a private dock, hot tub, built in fire pit and covered deck overlooking LKN. We are located on an amazing wide open deep water cove where guests can swim into the cove, jetski or tie any size boat right to our dock. We are 10 minutes from the new Sherrils Ford shopping area offering many places to eat and shop, and 20 minutes from Moorseville. Our home is the perfect place for a family that loves water sports, relaxation and the great outdoors!

Great vacation

The house was perfect for us, was very clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Our favorite part was hanging out at the dock, both in the water and the covered area. We had a wonderful week here and will definitely return.

Great house & location

We stayed here while visiting my sons college and we absolutely enjoyed it. We spent the afternoon on the kayaks and the dogs really enjoyed the outdoor space. The house has everything we needed to enjoy a quick weekend away.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! I hope to visit again sometime. There is a lot of space and the king size bed is awesome. We also loved the kitchen. The concrete sidewalk down to the dock is very nice and we also loved the boat house for relaxing!

wonderful get away

this property was so lovely and secure. The Lake was very low unfortunately, but the weather and accommodations were fabulous. Sig and Rich were wondeful and helpful as to help with tv technology. Highly recommend this spot.

Loved this beautiful house, it had everything we needed and more to enjoy a weekend away.

The air hockey table was amazing, it kept our two boys entertained and I was actually able read for hours. The kayaks and lake were also perfect and shallow enough our 8 year old could go out on his own. If we are ever in that area again we will definitely stay here again! It was wonderful!

Beautiful property on quiet part of the lake. Immaculate interior with wonderfully equipped kitchen.

Great home for family or small group retreat. Neighbors were so helpful with suggestions and directions around the area. We had such a peaceful time enjoying the house and the kayaks on the lake. We would definitely return.

Felt like Home for the Holidays

Beautiful, comfortable property made to feel just like home for our Christmas weekend visit. Really appreciated the special touches like decorated Christmas tree and holiday decor throughout the home. Well stocked with all the amenities we needed during our stay. Loved the ambience from the electric fireplace and appreciated having plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. Would love to plan a return visit to enjoy the outdoors during warmer months as well!

Beautiful cottage on lake

This property was very well kept and clean. We enjoyed the time on the lake with my boat. MY Daughter and her husband enjoyed kayaking on the lake. we had a very peaceful week and could not have asked for a better place to stay. will definitely go back.

Love this location...felt like being in the mountains in the front with the babbling brook on the side, to being at the lake with that wonderful view as well. Also enjoyed a 40 to 42 mallard duck parade for 2 mornings. Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you again.

Spring break getaway

Can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home! This was one of the cleanest, well decorated, fully stocked VRBO houses we have stayed in. Our boys loved walking right out to the lake every day, along with the kayaks and fishing! It was so nice to bring our dog Lucy too. Your home is lovely, clean, and bright- we are definitely coming back!!!!
