It is a gorgeous place and very spacious. It's a beautiful home and the host Regina is very nice and helpful. She responds promptly and communicates very well. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a great place to stay while they're in Charlotte, NC.

Great Christmas weekend stay

Came to the area for the weekend for fun Christmas activities for the family. Place was stocked with everything we needed and very clean. It was in a good location for nearby Charlotte and McAdenville activities.

Cozy home vibes

We enjoyed this home away home stay. Regina was very accommodating. The children enjoyed the loft and the adults took full advantage of the living room downstairs. We would definitely book this place again.

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, and the covered patio in the backyard. The house itself was really nice. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The home was very clean. We liked that we could wash laundry if we needed to. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this house.

Weekend Getaway

My niece, her husband and 3 littles drove from SC to spend time with us. This home suited us perfectly, very convenient with the pack and play. Close to lots of restaurants, malls and sites.

Roomy home near the airport

This 3 BR home in a quiet neighborhood near the Charlotte airport provided everything we needed for several members of our family to attend a family wedding in the area. Never have I seen so many flat-screen TVs in one home before! The back yard was great and featured solar light strings. Last but definitely not least, it was one of the only listings I found which featured a recliner, for an elderly family member who can only sleep in recliners (not beds).

Practically Perfect

We came to Charlotte to celebrate a high school graduation. With several flying in the location was perfect. The house is pretty and functional with everything we could ask for. We would definitely stay there again if we were coming to Charlotte.

Great Home

Customer service was phenomenal. The home is very pretty and clean. We visited the home for a couple days for a Graduation/ birthday. Everyone enjoyed themselves and family was able to renunite after years of not seeing one another. Regina you helped make that all possible. This was the most memorable birthday ever I'm still emotional. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

MY BDAY WEEKEND

The property looked better in person, than the pics. It was relatively clean, but there was lint on some of the sheets, possibly need to clean out the dryer trap, the fridge needed to be cleaned, inside and out. Other than that, towels and washcloths were clean and lint free. There were trial sized toiletries in every room, which was a very nice touch. Very nice size yard and neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants and shopping mall were no more than a 30 minute, or less, drive. Very convenient location, for me and my group. You do hear the planes taking off and landing, but was not extremely loud and did not keep us from getting a peaceful sleep, or being able to watch television. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Good place to stay

Regina was very nice and easy to work with. The house was nice and accurate to the listing. There needs to be a little more attention to cleaning. We also found it lacking in supplies compared to other rentals we have stayed at. With a little attention to cleaning and appointments, this property could easily be a 5 star rental.

Great stay in Charlotte

Super clean, spacious and convenient home away from home. My family had a great stay! The whole family loved playing Ms. PacMan in the loft. I would definitely choose to stay there again.
