The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home, thats why you are here. There is one closet that is locked and used for supplies in laundry room

- POOL RULES & INFORMATION
Pool Gas Water Heater: Available at an additional charge. Please request no later than 72 hours before check-in to arrange visit.
The heater is set at 80°F (as widely recommended by professionals and online for comfortable swimming). Please note that water can take 1-2 days to warm up depending on the outdoor weather conditions.
Pool Maintenance: We provide chemical leveling and cleanup once or twice a week according to the season and most likely before your arrival.
During your stay, you may need to skim/rake the pool to keep it enjoyable. Tree leaves and other natural elements may fall into the pool and it could require netting out.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for basic pool upkeep during their stay if they wish to use the pool.
Pool Addendum: May need to be signed within 24 hours of confirmed reservation.
Pool Safety: Host is not responsible for the safety of guests/visitors during pool activities. Use at your own risk.
- Any guest in reservation MUST verify identity with the platform or host within a time manner. No access will be granted and no refunds or exceptions if ID is not recognize.
We take serious to identify the person who is actually staying in our home and like any person/hotel we need to confirm who is staying in.
• All guests are liable for any and all damage to the home and common areas, including legal fees.
- A refundable deposit might be require at booking
- Illegal drugs are not permitted on our property.
- Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
- No smoking of any kind inside our home – guests will be charged a $250 fine per day of staying plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
- Guests must treat our home with respect please keep the place tidy. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around. Place all used dishes in the dishwasher. Turn on the dishwasher before checking out. The dishwasher detergent is in the cabinets.
- Counters and cooktop must be wiped down after cooking and clean on checkout.
- Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans or frying pans.
- Please remove all footwear at the door of our house.
- Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage (adjacent near garage bins are available outside) before the smell fills my home.
- Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
- All makeup must be removed before using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming.
- Laundry detergent is provided to guests to complete any necessary laundry.
Leave the washing machine door slightly open when finished. Remember to empty the lint trap at the front of the dryer before and after every use.
- Fireplace is only decorative. DONOT intend to turn on. We have never used it. Damages will be fully guest responsibility.
- Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage. They are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard.
- Late check-outs and early check-ins are challenging since the listing might be booked back to back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for an early check-in and/or late check-out may range from $50 up to fully cost of the nightly rate of the reservation, and that will not grant you the night.
- For your security and ours cameras are on but are not constantly monitored; they are located ring main door, back parking, back swimming pool and pool shed equipment.
Fee summary:
We take our VRBO business and these rules very seriously. We do this to ensure the next guest will receive the unit in the same immaculate condition as you did. For most guests, these will be common sense, but in some cases, they may not be obvious at all. Fees for disrespecting our house and violating these rules will be levied through the Resolution Centre in accordance with
the VRBO Terms of Use, grant you eviction and no refunds.
