"Room did not have properly working air conditioning, brought to the front desks attention. They sent an engineer who did absolutely nothing. AC ran all day long with lights off and curtains closed but still would not cool down"

"neither tv was working. large remote turned tv on but error said no channels found. both tv’s was the same and never worked., fenced in yard for dogs had a section of fence down on the ground. despite email to renter it was never fixed during my stay. I have just recently had knee replacement- needed to open sliders and let dogs go run. instead, had to take them up and down steps and walk the yard with them.the left side and back of the yard near shed was full of large dog poop from previous renters-I stepped in it as soon as I arrived at night. the small patch of grass on the other side of the house has broken glass near heat pump. my dog cut the side of her foot. i started picking it up but there was a lot.l left a few pcs on kitchen counter as a reminder to get the rest. knob on stove for front left burner is broken. someone put pcs of plastic bag in the hole to try and tighten the hole but knob just spins. I had to use pliers to turn the spigot to get the burner to shut off. i left the knob on the counter…the whole idea of renting this house was the fenced in yard for dogs which i never got. broken glass is unaccrptable. broken tv’s are unacceptable. stove that didnt allow for burners to shut off is unacceptable. going up and down back stairs with three dogs pulling on me and my knee was excruciating and the grill is completely rusted with a brokennside shelf. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! PLS PROCESS A FULL REFUND. I have puctures of everything for your files"

"When we arrived the temperature in the house was 52 degrees! That is not very welcoming. Thankfully we could change the temperature on the thermometer. Everything was vey basic and nothing drew us to wanting to stay at this property again. One family member said it was a two star property. I will concede if you are having medical procedures done you would be in a great location as there are hospitals all around it. "

"The host was super helpful and the property was as expected. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The greatest perk was each bedroom having its own full bathroom and a bonus half bathroom on the 1st floor. "
