Discover the pristine Charlestown Town Beaches on your relaxing family vacation. Quiet neighborhood, walk to the pond where you can launch your Kayak/Canoe. Or use the town beach Cottage pass to enjoy the Beautiful Charlestown Town Beach, 1 mile away or Blue Shutters a short drive away. Walk to area restaurants, deli, ice cream and bakery. Explore the beautiful Ninigret Park, with a nice beach and playground.
Home is recently updated with a full kitchen, nice outdoor relaxation area, large yard and brand new outdoor shower. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with a twin over full bunk and the third has a twin over full bunk with a separate twin slide out. There is also an air mattress, pack and play and high chair for guest use.
Come and experience the tranquility of RIs best kept secret, Charlestown.

A very comfortable, air conditioned (in zones, so a la carte ) and light-filled home, in easy distance of the town beach and a sweet pond with seating. Huge backyard for gatherings and run around kids.

Had to cut vacation short due to condition of house

The house has no A/C which lead to 85 degree days and nights. The heat and humidity resulted in insects galore in the house. We had 3 nights of insect bites on both myself and my daughter. My daughter woke up on the second day with another baseball size insect bite on her leg (1st large bite from first night’s stay) which lead to her entire leg swelling and turning warm and red. We told the owner there were bugs biting us in our sleep. Our vacation was cut short and ruined as the house was unbearable due to the indoor temperature, humidity and insects. The entire family was upset and when I told owner we had to leave due to the insects she seemed shocked, however there were multiple insect traps in every room indicating that she knew there was an issue. I requested a refund since we had to leave due to the inhabitable conditions in the house. The owners response time to our communications suddenly seized. I had to reach out numerous times for a response. I am now taking up the matter with VBRO.

Wonderful time had by all

Great spot near the breachway. Host was very friendly and accommodating. House was spacious and had plenty of room to host a few family members for dinner that were camping at tue breachway. We will definitely be back next year!

Great house for the family

The house was great and so close to the water. Don’t let the lack of photos in the listing fool you. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the dining area is wonderful too. Plenty of room for adults with children and the yard adds another option for you when you need a break from the beach. The outdoor shower was fantastic, especially with children. We would absolutely book and stay here again.
