We enjoyed our stay at this property in Folly Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to the public beach, and you are between 5 and 10-15 minutes (max) to the restaurants, shops, churches and activities in town, but this property is in a residential neighborhood so you don't get any of the noise. This particular condo is at the end of the row, so there is no one next to you on one side. It's also very close to the community pool, which the kids loved. All in all, a great location! There were plenty of towels, linens were good, and it was very clean.
The bunk beds are very squeaky, which may bother kids who are sensitive sleepers. The property managers were very responsive to anything we needed, and reached out to check on us after our first day (I didn't reply to that message since we were doing great and didn't need anything). One note on the communication: when booking, we were requested to use a different app called "Happy Stays." It was a bit confusing at first since we could communicate via Happy Stays, VRBO or email. In the end, all the communication was via email (with VRBO messaging as a backup). If you book, just make sure you know what communication method will work best for you and square that up ahead of time. All in all, really easy to book, great location, wonderful stay.
