  • This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is overlooking the Folly river for some of the best sunsets in the Charleston area! The unit is only 2 doors down from the pool and dock access so you have the convent location without the noise. The dock features a large pier head as well as a large floating dock. The pool also looks over the beautiful marsh and Folly River. It is a short walk to the beach as well as Restaurants and shopping. There is a garage as well as a carport just outside the garage which will fit 2 cars. ****Contact owner about off season monthly rate****

We will definitely rent again. Clean, convenient to downtown and beach, fishing and sunbathing ready, reading on the porch, really comfortable beds - it was all wonderful!

Phenomenal vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time here. Communication was great with our host. We loved the location, we walked to town and the beach every day, enjoyed sunsets from the dock and the kids loved the pool. The screened porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and evenings as qell. We will for sure be back.

'This is a great location right on the river and not too far from the beach. We had a great time. The condo could use a little update on the furniture, but not too bad.

Great location

Great location really near the beach and restaurants. The house was as described on the website, and nicer than the photos make it look. Very comfortable and easy, with lovely views over the river and access onto the fishing jetty. Pool is good too.
