Charming private home with hot tub and patio

This peaceful home is 3.5 miles to downtown Charleston where charming restaurants, bars, and shops are at your disposal. 2.4 miles to CAMC Memorial Hospital. This home is located on a private street just before the cul de sac. This house can accommodate up to 6 guests and is fully furnished. The perks to this home are definitely the hot tub, patio, large driveway with free parking, open concept floor plan, and the character of an original build with rustic touches.

Check-in is anytime after 3pm.

You will have access to the entire home aside from the garage and a third room upstairs. Both the garage door and third room door will be locked. This is due to storage needs.

House rules:
No glass, food, or drinks in the hot tub.
No pets. ($500 penalty fee)
No private events or parties.
No extremely loud music.
Please replace hot tub cover after each use during visit to avoid collecting debris.
No fires on deck/patio.

Other things to note:
The home can accommodate 6 adults. No more than 6 adults without approval. All guests must be named.
An air mattress is provided for the 3rd bed in the home that can be set up in the living room if needed. Simply plug in the mattress and it will inflate. Sheets and pillows are provided.

There are cameras at every door on the exterior of the home to provide an extra layer or security. No cameras inside the home.

Do not let hot tub water fall below jets. The motor can be damaged if this happens (There is an outdoor water hose on the deck for refilling if this happens).

Children are welcomed but the open floating staircase, interior of the home, furniture touches, deck, and hot tub are not child proof in any way. Monitor children closely and book your stay at your own risk.

Use hot tub at own risk. Deck can be slippery when wet, avoid long exposure, no children under age 16, and avoid if diagnosed with a heart condition unless advised by physician.

Checkout is at 1100am.
At checkout please bag trash and place in the black outdoor can by the garage.
Remove linens from used beds and pile on the bed with used towels included.
Load dishwasher with used dishes and run a cycle at checkout.

Guests will be responsible for any damages during stay.
