Also included are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bottled water, coffee/tea, snacks and a gift upon your arrival. This is a very nice property-I felt safe and loved the 2nd floor. Seantell was always available to check in with any questions. Clean and very thoughtfully designed rental!
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it ! The place was so welcoming , charming and very clean. You can walk to restaurants ( maybe 10-15 minutes to get to king street). The driveway to get to the parking space is narrow so you need to be comfortable navigating.
The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants and a short Uber or Pedicab ride to those that weren’t walkable. The house had everything we needed, and then some. Perfect for a couples getaway. Would highly recommend.

This flat was the perfect retreat for my partner and I to enjoy a few days exploring Charleston. We walked to downtown each day and if we wanted, took a quick Uber right to get us to where we wanted to go.
The flat is conveniently located to be able to walk everywhere and was pristine - beyond clean, decorated to welcome anyone into a peaceful place and full of the most lovely plants and flowers to make the space feel that much more lovely.
Beautiful Apartment in Great Location, Wonderful Host
I was in town for a class and the JJW Inn was perfect for my stay. The location was fantastic and convenient to downtown and I loved that there was parking on site. My stay coincided with Tropical Storm Debby and the host was very helpful and communicative, proactively providing tips and making sure that I was OK. There were no issues or outages from the storm and I was grateful. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, and I appreciated the black out curtains in the bedroom. The bed was quite comfortable. I had a very nice stay and will certainly aim to stay here again when I am in town next time.
My wife and I have ZERO negative things to say about our stay in Charleston here...it has everything you would want!

Not once did we feel like we were far away from anything - even including going to the beach - which does not reside in Charleston at all. Seantell was a great host and her place is immaculate. Plenty of shopping, eating, and drinking within walking distance along with a quick Uber/Lyft ride for some of the hot spots in good ol' Chucktown.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a 5 night trip to Charleston. It had everything we needed to rest and relax at the end of each busy day. We felt it was perfect for two people and the bed was very comfortable! It’s a short walk to adorable coffee shops and breakfast (Daps Breakfast and Imbibe was AMAZING). The kitchen wasn’t stocked with much but it had coffee and we ate out most meals (there’s so much good food in Charleston, no need to cook) so this wasn’t an issue at all. We also loved Leon’s, Big Bad Breakfast, Viscious Biscuit, Lewis Barbecue, and the Brown Dog Deli. Our favorite activities were kayaking at Shem’s Creek, a ghost tour of Charleston, and the Patriots Point Naval Museum. We would definitely stay here again if we were so lucky to be able to return!
The place was adorable and super clean! Great location and Seantell was very friendly and responsive. Overall, a perfect pick for our stay in Charleston.
The rental was very cozy and clean. Appreciated the water, coffee and creamer. Quiet location. Host was great in communication. Little farther than I thought for walking for sightseeing, but easy drive to locations from this property.
From arriving to leaving our stay with Seantell at JJW Inn was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and so clean. It was the perfect amount of space for my boyfriend and I on our week trip to Charleston. This had access to all of the hot spots in Charleston! I was able to conveniently get to my brothers house in West Ashley as well! I will most definitely be staying here again. It really was a home away from home.
Absolutely beautiful, cozy, and most importantly: CLEAN. My husband, sister, and brother in law came to Charleston for a quick get away trip and found this lovely property last minute and are very pleased we did so. The house was perfect, clean, amazing location, and everything it said it would be. The amenities were lovely from spare body wash and shampoo to coffee pods and creamer in the fridge. They even have a box full of games for entertainment in the home, located under the tv, and we spent the remainder of our night playing cards at the kitchen table! The best part was Seantell and her amazing response time. When we arrived we called her asking a few questions regarding parking (it was very clear in the instructions, however friends met us downtown and wanted to park near the apartment as a meeting location). Later into the evening after dinner and browsing all day, we messaged her asking questions about a few things inside the home and her reply was quicker than we could have hoped for. It just made the trip that much more enjoyable that the property manager was always ready to meet our needs and ensure our stay was perfect. I can go on and on about how perfect this stay was! I will absolutely be contacting them in the future when we head back to Charleston and hoping they have availability for our next trip. Thank you for the perfect rental in a beautiful city.
My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks in February. The apartment was very clean, nicely appointed and well stocked. From this location we were able to walk to just about anywhere in the city. we wished to visit. We very much enjoyed our stay.
We were in town for my daughters college graduation so excitement and exhaustion went hand in hand with the 11 hr distance from home to there. From the moment we walked into this adorable perfectly designed space, we felt refreshed, relaxed and at home! Every amenity was provided! The space was so clean and bright. We loved the old home feel yet upgraded newness of the property....small space yet no space wasted so comfortable. We loved the Christmas tree and the wonderful bottle of Chardonnay left for us! I also noticed the fabulous Beekman 1802 products in the shower! The property is in a nice convenient location to historic district area as well as campus, shopping and restaurants so that was convenient for us as well as off street parking! Host was very responsive and kind. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone going to Charleston, SC and we would definitely book this space again if we return. Thank you so much!
This property is gorgeous and was super conveniently located downtown. It was just enough space for my husband and I! We brought our one year old, and we easily were able to accommodate her needs in the space as well!
We enjoyed our stay at this downtown apartment. It was easy to get to all the tourist sites. Many dinner options were walking distance. Seantell was extremely helpful in answering questions and a wonderful host. We hope to come back and stay here again.
I cannot begin to describe how amazing and attentive Shantell is. She communicated great with us, and listened to all our needs. We were there for our honeymoon since we got married July 24th. The property is everything we wanted and more, very clean and cozy. The property is in a great location, given is close to all the places we wanted to go. Definitely will like to come back to this place!
