Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located three bedroom 2 bath townhome. Retire to the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and beautiful master bath and shower. The second large bedroom features a queen sized bed. Room for the kids in the upstairs bedroom! Also the home has a dedicated work space.
You will be centrally located 5 mins away from the State Farm Center and Memorial Stadium. Stretch your legs with the walking path behind the home to scenic Mattis Park.
The space
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with on suite master bath. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with the hall bath just outside. Full kitchen with island, dining and living room in open concept. Dedicated work space with Wi-Fi and Ethernet. T

Perfect for our need

We were staying in Champaign for the high school state wrestling tournament. Hotels are extremely expensive for that weekend. The house was perfect for relaxing and privacy. It was large and clean. We were able to cook our own food and do our laundry. Check in and out was easy. The cost was fair.

Great location and layout

Fantastic location behind Harvest Market (our fave cafe in town) and a super short drive to the IL stadiums. The house was clean, beds and pillows were comfy, bathrooms and shower pressure were great, the open floor plan was perfect for hanging out as a group. Took a while to cool down the upstairs (3 twins) but it did cool down. Note there is no bathroom upstairs - you have to walk down, cross living room, then the hallway bath. If you plan to cook (the kitchen has great appliances, huge sink and a nice butcher-block island), plan to bring a lot of what you may need. I'd encourage the owner to take inventory of the kitchen. There was only 1 non-butter knife, non-serrated and it wasn't very sharp. Only 1 small pack of coffee - not enough for a full pot. We had brought our own, otherwise you'd need to go to the store. No sugar. I don't expect creamer, but most rental homes provide at least for coffee for your group, for your duration + sugar. We had 7 adults. There were only 4 (I think?) coffee mugs, a few wine glasses. No baking sheet or pizza pan. No toaster. I would stay again, I'd just want to know if any of the kitchen had been re-supplied.

Convenient Home

This property was in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and the University of Illinois. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. And it is mostly one floor living, except for one bedroom on the second floor. We enjoyed our stay and we consider using this property again in the future.
