"I rented the least expensive bungalow. It had a nice view of the ocean but the private beach was terrific. Picture perfect; though it was shallow. Staff was very friendly and always wore a smile. What I didn't like was the needless long walk to the bridge to get on the beach. Easier access would be helpful and as simple as cutting away some undergrowth. All in all, it was good to stay at the Phangan Bungalows. Will be back someday. "

"I only gave 3 stars because they discounted my stay due to their error. I booked a private 2 bedroom suite with private pool and they put me in a garden suite.... thank God I was traveling solo only for 1 night and not a week+ with my wife. It would have ruined the entire trip flying 20 hours from Canada for this experience, and that would have been a total failure. Still a severe let down for me personally and my travel partner. "We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...
