「Nice」

「Clean, comfortable and well kept up property. Our only complaint is that cell reception was very poor and you have to pay for WiFi. I think it’s been nearly 15 years since I’ve had to pay for internet at a hotel. 」

「The property was very clean and easy to get around. They offered many amenities and have a very nice outdoor area to hang out. 」

「Very clean, convenient location, good facilities. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Pool was a good size, hot tubs and pool open till 10 pm which was nice after a long day. I had only 2 issues, one that there was no free wifi. I was told before I booked that it would be free for my unit but was given no info. on how to access it for free, Apparently I needed some info. that no one was able to give me so I ended up having to pay for it. And the second of course is the pressure...

This is the first time a host has done this, but it was a huge problem. When we called VRBO they couldn't resolve it. I was on the phone with them for at least 30 minutes. The host had given me an incorrect phone number for them. The property finally let us in after speaking with the manager and seeing my level...
