This 1100 sq ft gem is located just 3 blocks from the center of town and the historic Chagrin Falls viewing area. The original structure features exposed hand cut beams from the 1800's and its charm continues down to the rustic flooring. After appreciating the historic elements, you'll enjoy the remaining areas that have been completely updated and ready for your rest and relaxation. Sip your coffee from the front porch or walk to shopping and dining. You cannot beat the location!

Exterior Features include a back yard patio, front porch with swing and Adirondack chairs, and private driveway for parking.

Interior Amenities include wi-fi, a full kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, and a washer and dryer for guest usage. Spot cleaning supplies will be provided by request for guests with longer stays.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. It was exactly as pictured and very clean. This home is located in the most charming little town I never knew existed. I can’t wait to visit again. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was warm and toasty when we arrived and the beds were comfortable. The living area is small, but was more than adequate for the 3 of us. The kitchen area is roomy; more than enough for a short visit. It was too cold and snowy to take advantage of the location, but it was great for what we needed. As noted, please consider leaving a light on for evening arrivals. As well, consider having at least the walk shoveled if not the driveway. My mom slipped on her way out one morning. I understand that it would have been difficult to keep up with 11 inches we got during our stay, but it would have been nice to have the walk and driveway shoveled before our arrival. Thanks!

Beautiful, clean house in the perfect location! We had a fun, relaxing and holiday fun-filled weekend. We would love to stay here again, perhaps next year to see the popcorn ball drop!

We were up here for my cousin's daughter's wedding and decided to do a VRBO instead of a hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed having our own private space driveway. The property was fantastic. Got to remember this house was built in 1900 but everything inside has been updated. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent property. Just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. High quality kitchen appliances. Plenty of towels and bedding. The second bathroom upstairs is a bonus. So is the comfortable front porch. The home is in a prime spot for enjoying all the restaurants and shops around beautiful Chagrin Falls. Check in and communication was easy. Highly recommend.

Overall our stay was excellent. I would recommend some instructions for operating the TV and streaming. We had difficulty locating the live channels. This cottage is lovely and in a great location for walking to the center of town.

Great location

The house was just as described. Loved having the porch to sit out on in the afternoon and mornings. Beds were comfortable. You cannot beat the proximity to the main street. So many shops and restaurants.

Nice place

Nice place, would stay again. We traveled with two small children and we were able to fit two pack and plays in the one bedroom. It was tight but worked well. The other bedroom does not have enough space for a pack and play. Location was great, a short walk to town to see the Falls.

Overall a great stay

Excellent location where you can walk to the center of town. Convenient parking spot on the side of the house. The inside is nice (as pictured) and the beds are very comfortable. I took a star off because the place needs a deep clean, e.g. the inside of the dresser drawers were dirty, there were a few long black hairs in the tub/shower and the kitchen had ants. The shower also had very little water pressure.

Perfect location in Chagrin!

Located on a sweet street within walking distance of the Popcorn Shop, The Falls, and beautiful downtown Chagrin Falls, Michael’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was clean, had everything you need, with comfy beds and couch. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch while relaxing in the adirondack chairs. I would definitely rebook again. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Chagrin Falls Weekend Stay

This sweet home was everything that it claimed to be and more. The pictures did not do it justice. The location was very close to the quaint downtown area of Chagrin Falls. Everything that we could need in the home was there and Michael, our host, was most helpful and accomodating in every way. We look forward to staying again in the future!
