This is an excellent hotel in Buenos Aires "Microcentro". Good hotel and close by walking distance to Buenos Aires main attractions. Good place to stay also for business purposes.

Good property. I was thinking more of it like the Faena in Miami FL. The windows in this hotel are very thin. You hear everything outside, cars driving, cars racing, car mufflers. Overall a good experience.

Clean beautiful room, great reception and spa staff. Expensive for what we got. There is a small bar and lounge. On one of our 2 night stay this was being used by private party. So nowhere really to go as bar area chilly and too cold to sit outside. Second night very loud music from lobby until 11pm could be heard in our room. Breakfast on first morning very limited and food ordered cold. Second morning food selection much better and laid outside restaurant- toaster etc available. Not sure why this didn’t occur on first morning as we were an hour before end of breakfast.Felt they were understaffed for anything requiring table service such as coffee/ tea

I stayed at Alvear Palace for four nights. The hotel is in the upscale Recoleta neighborhood, close to the cemetery and high end shops. It has a grand old-world vibe to it...feels a bit like stepping back in time. I had room 638 which did not face the street. The large room was in three sections, an office space, living room and bedroom. Even though there was just one window the overhead chandeliers were bright. The bed linens were embossed and newish...as were the towels. There weren't as many power outlets as is typical in a more modern hotel and some of the light fixtures were crooked or damaged. And the pillows were feathered but it would have been nice to have a menu to change if I wanted foam or hypoallergenic. The bathroom was large with a standalone shower, tub, toilet and bidet. There is a grate under the sink where you can hear the water from the sink and shower drain into...startled me at first as I thought the room was flooding. It wasn't, but that is something we dont have in American bathrooms. The shower pressure was glorious but the shower head was unfocused so water went everywhere. I asked them to have maintenance take a look and when I got back to my room I had a new shower head that worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was not extensive but the food was hot and tasty. They had fresh toast, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, vegetables, cold cuts, fruit and an assortment of breads/pastries. Omlettes cost extra and were made to order

Hola my esposo Ricardo y yo Roxana pasamos unos dias ahi en Este hotel loi suites desde El 26 Al 3 de octubre y realmente me gusto mucho lo estube mirando durante 15 dias habia miles de hotels pero volvi a Este y hicimos una Buena elecciion volveremos en marzo o Abril Al mismo El personal front desk excellent todos los turbos todos trabajan igual en atenciin Al clients y todo El personal comfort limpieza todo y la seguridad con los huespedes superfeliz
