「Llegamos a la facilidad y la comunicación con el propietario fue pésima. No logramos tener acceso a la facilidad porque la llave de acceso no funcionó. Tratamos de comunicarnos con el propietario por teléfono, mensajes, llamadas y via Expidea y no hubo manera de tener ninguna comunicación. El quiso de expidea de igual forma lo intento y fue intento fallido. Al llegar a la facilidad tampoco había estacionamiento. Lo poco que pudimos apreciar se veia como en la foto. 「The hotel was centralized where it was close to the freeway and at the end of the strip for a beautiful walk any time of day. Lots of nearby restaurants for various food. It was less than 10 minutes Uber ride to Old San Juan, 15 minutes away from the airport. Hotel itself was nice and clean, lobby and outside was maintained. During our stay only 1 elevator (out of 2) was working so sometimes we had to catch the next ride b/c it was full. The “beach” is small and rocky, would recommend water...

「Beautiful views and a good location! The staff was very friendly and every person we interacted with was great! The restaurant was delicious!! Snorkeling and restaurants walking distance. We had an accessible room for some reason and when we showered the whole bathroom floor would be soaking wet so we would slip around which was annoying. Our door was broken and very hard to open and close. I felt bad for the other guests when I had to leave early for an excursion because my door was so loud...
