Perfekt für Familien

Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Das komplette Personal ist nett und freundlich. Die Apartments selber einfach und etwas in die Tage gekommen, aber sauber. Der Community Bereich ist neu renoviert und einfach-luxoriös. Die Bar ist gut sortiert mit Snacks und einfachen Speisen und auch wirklich günstig. Alle Angestellten der Bar sind wirklich nett und herzlich. Für Kinder sollte allerdings etwas investiert werden. Der Babypool ist nicht nutzbar. Kleinkinder können baubedingt nicht aus dem Pool heraus ohne das sich die Kids die Beine zerschneiden und die Rutsche lässt die Kinder quasi senkrecht aus 2 1/2 Meter Höhe in 50 cm Wasser stürzen.. sofern sie es überhaupt die gefährliche Treppe herauf geschafft haben. Das Spielhaus auf dem Gelände hat einen äußerst steile Rutsche die beide Kinder (2 und 4) mehrfach weinend auf den Betonboden hat stürzen lassen. Eine Rutsche auf Beton ?? Das Schaukelpferd ist aus der Bodenverankerung gerissen. Etwas nervig war, dass man sich selbst Trockentücher für die Küche des Apartments kaufen musste, und nicht ein Tropfen Spülmittel etc vorhanden war. Das sollte bei knapp 200 Euro pro Nacht doch drinnen sein. Trotz der beiden negativen Punkte haben wir uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

La struttura in se é un po’ datata per quanto riguarda le camere e i serramenti però é ottima come posizione dato che dista dal mare 5 min a piedi. Vicino al Residente Oliveto ci sono molto bar, pasticcerie e ristoranti. All’intento della struttura ci sono le piscine con acqua salata (secondo me molto bello e unico). Il personale é molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Secondo me ci vorrebbe un campanello per il piano bar perché spesso mi é capitato di aspettare un po’ per prenotare. Ottima idea é che hanno a disposizioni le biciclette gratis. Per il prezzo che ho pagato mi sembra eccessivo dato che il parcheggio é a pagamento , seggioloni per bambini anche questi a pagamento. Comunque nel complesso sono soddisfatto e ritornerei sicuramente.

Nice, but small studio appartment

Nice and friendly familiy hotel with a SMALL studio appartment without sea view. Clean at arrival, but change of towels/linen only after 4 days is not acceptable, even with only two adults. Impossible for tall people to shower without wetting the entire room, so we had to use towels to clean up. The kitchen floor also needed more frequent cleaning, but only a broom was available. Many kids around the pool and no rules causes a lot of splashing. The pool area was otherwise nice, plenty of chairs, but the pool could also be more clean. Very nice and friendly straff!

Schöner Urlaub, Umgebung ist aber laut.

Schönes Ressort, im Juni wenig besucht. Die Umgebung ist ziemlich laut, wenn man aber die Poolseite bucht, ist es nicht so störend. WLAN aufs Zimmer - langsam. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Superbe résidence très récente en ville, près de commerces, et de la mer, accueil très sympathique. Beaux studios bien équipés ,avec balcon, agréable si vue mer, sinon bruyants sur la rue.Une grande piscine extérieure (froide à cette époque), un grand bar-salon, des terrasses agréables... Un petit Couac: le nombre de voyants lumineux (modernes) gênants la nuit dans la chambre l'appartement ( apportez des cache-yeux)

Gute Lage

Das Hotel liegt knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel schön gestaltet, vor allem der Gang und Aufenthaltsräume sehen neu/ modern aus. Unser Zimmer war ein Appartement mit kleiner Küche. da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir diese nicht benutz. Das Bett war eigentlich ein ausziehbares Bettsofa. Entgegen unsere Erwartung bei der Ankunft war es jedoch sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer war auch neu, die dusche etwas klein. Beanstanden kann ich nur die Sauberkeit. Bei Ankunft war noch ein Haar im Waschbecken. Was noch zu beachten ist, dass man den Zug hört der in der nähe durchfährt. Ich habe einen tiefen schlaf, deswegen habe ich den Zug nur Tagsüber gehört. Bei Lärmempfindlichen Personen, wäre das ev. zu beachten. Den Zug hört auch vom Strand, deswegen kein eigentliches Problem vom Hotel.

Très belles vacances

Dès notre arrivée avons été surpris de l'emplacement de l'hotel juste à côté de la route principale assez fréquentée. L'avantage non negligeable c'est que vous êtes proche des commerces, de la rue piétonne et de la mer (5 min à pied) le petit point négatif c'est que c'est un peu bruyant (trafic voiture + ligne de chemin de fer). Autre point positif il y a 2 grandes places de stationnement juste devant l'hôtel où votre voiture ne risque absolument rien. Demandez une chambre avec vue sur la mer !! Nous étions ch. 57. La chambre est bien équipée et elle est nettoyée tous les jours. La piscine à l'eau de mer est magnifique. Des vélos sont disponibles gratuitement. L'hôtel n'a pas de restaurant mais juste un bar. Le wifi juste dans les parties communes. Le personnel de l'hotel est très accueillant et sourant. Ceriale bien située entre Loano et Albenga à visiter. Contrairement à Loano on trouve à Ceriale pas mal de plages libres.

Vi var en familie på fire som hadde to rom. Vi var på hotellet tre netter for å slappe av ved middelhavet som en del av en bilferie. Hotellet var veldig fint og en hyggelig bessetning. Det hadde veldig god bellighet, kun få minutter ned til sjøen og resturantene. Rommene var rene og pene, og praktisk med et lite kjøkken på rommet. Sengene var konfortable nok for de 3 nettene, men man kan sikkert få bedre senger (og dårligere). Hotellet huset mange barnefamilier som gjorde at det var litt bråkete i fellesområdene for vår del, men det var veldig fine fasaliteter for barna der noe som er bra for barnefamilier. Eneste minuset var at hotellet var ganske lytt og man hørte godt folk trampe i gangene og i etasjene over. Men alt i alt var oppholdet veldig bra og kan anbefales, vi bestiller gjerne der igjen om vi drar tilbake til Ceriale!

Spotless and helpful

Stayed just one night at a great rate. Room was compact, but had everything we needed and most importantly was very clean. The pool and public areas looked good though we didn't have a chance to use them. Rooms had a view of the sea or mountains. Particularly noticed that the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay again without hesitation.
