"The facility is super nice and clean and infrastructure is five stars rated. It locates 15mins walk distance from the central train station. To get to the address you have to get directions from the owner since GPS takes you to another spot, very annoying. The owner won’t reply to my text messages but only through Expedia App.There are restaurant near 15 minutes walking distance but one has to across few busy intersections. "

"No check in information was provided. No one answered when I rang the contact number. Luckily a maintenance person was passing and he helped. The room smelt of cigarette and the maintenance guy tried to say it was the air freshener he used. In fact I think it may have been that they allowed smoking right outside the windows of the room. "We chose Novo Hotel Rossi based on other users reviews and its proximity to the bus station, as well as walkability to historic and tourist sites . I am so glad we did!! The hotel was easy to find, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a great deal and offered a good selection of food. We were able to walk to the historical district in about 15 minutes and felt safe doing so, even at night. However, the stand out about all of these great things was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! If you are looking for an affordable, comfy stay, I would highly recommend this hotel. "
