"A nice hotel adjacent to the airport shuttle. BUT! A lady told the front desk that her friend was in our room. THEY GAVE HER A KEY AND SHE WALKED INTO OUR ROOM! They did not verify the name of the person in the room she identified, they did not contact us in the room. This is a major breach of hotel security protocol. I was getting ready for bed, since we had an early flight so did not go down to the front desk, but I did call and there was no answer. I found their e-mail and sent a message but never heard back from them. A nice hotel but very poor room security."

"The breakfast menu was barely satisfactory, the room thermostat wasn’t working, so I opened the window to get fresh air. Parking was horrible"

"We booked a room with Eiffel Tower View, I paid extra for it, mind you it's our 10 year anniversary which only happens once in a lifetime, when we got there got told in a rudely manner that the room is unavailable and we have to stay in a room with two single beds and no Eiffel Tower View(which I paid for and booked ahead of time) as that is the only one room available in the entire hotel(basically go elsewhere or stay in that room). 9 times out of 10 staff were rude and unwelcoming. Will not come back definitely"

"Not a good place to stay unless you have a layover at CDG. Restaurant closed early. The charge for the Shuttle to the Airport. I guess that's a Paris thing. Would never stay here again. "

"The AC in the rooms did not work. The bathroom was missing the door to close in the shower area. The gym had all broken cables and ripped treadmill. The spa was 1/3 working here where the steam room was broken... I am not one to normally be negative but if someone is coming to Paris I would hate for someone to experience this when presented a Luxury Spa hotel experience. "
