"I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of my room. Upon arrival, I noticed the bed linens were heavily creased and appeared used. This gives the impression that the room wasn't properly cleaned before my check-in. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this experience has been quite unsettling. I'd like to have this addressed immediately."

"Our cabin was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen did not have any type of stove so cooking meals turned out not to be an option. The rooms run on the very warm side and the temperature control units do not allow for setting the temperature to a specific desired temperature. The couch is in desperate need of replacement—EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The place offers next to zero amenities but is convenient to Capitol Reef. "

"Bathtub was very nasty looking, but turned out that someone evidently washed out paint supplies in the tub and it would not come clean. The beds were very hard and felt like box springs. You could feel the springs in the mattress. There was two broken chairs in the room and I got several big bites, which I am assuming were from fleas since it was a pet friendly room and I didn’t see any signs of bedbugs. When reported to staff, she just shrugged it off. I have stayed here multiple times and this is the first time it has ever been bad. Hoping this was the ONLY bad room, but probably won’t take a chance again."

"It was a nice big room but it was above a pizza restaurant so the room was noisy and shook every time someone entered the restaurant. There was only one bath towel in the bathroom. There was no soap in the bathroom and the shampoo and conditioner dispenser did not work. "
